This paper is trying to analyze the application of job assessment based on balanced scorecard and to introduce the proper technical way of managing a particular company based on the balanced scorecard. This paper is a library study from various resources and research regarding to the balanced scorecard. In this paper, the writer found various advantages of using the balanced scorecard that is highly influencial to the implementation of the corporate strategies in long term as well as short term decision makings.
