Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) have a huge potential to be developed, it is supported by the resources that is owned by Indonesia. Fishery resources is an asset that can be developed. These assets started its development through establishment of many pioneered groups of fisheries and groups of fishery processors and marketers (Poklahsar) which is also part of the SMEs. The role of SMEs is very strategic to create a welfare society, improve the quality of life and overcome poverty. This study has target to analyzed the Added Value and Break Even Point of Poklahsar. This research uses descriptive analysis with qualitative and quantitative approach. Data collection uses structured interviews, documentation and questioner that subsequently analyzed using Added Value and Break Even Point analysis. Results of the analysis showes the ratio of added value on processing of catfish crispi is 51.53%, and the ratio of shredded catfish processing is 21.21%. BEP analysis results indicate that the BEP on processing of catfish crispi achieved on sales of Rp 891,669.00 or the number of units sold 6.39 kg. In the processing of shredded catfish, BEP point reached in sales of Rp 1,508,991 or 9.43 kg. |
