A research that have been done is used to test using "Theory of Reasoned Action", this is a model about the attitude and intention to be an enterpreneurship of the people in Purwomartani vilage, Kalasan,Sleman, DIY, that had been said by Ajzen and Fishbein (1980). The goal of this research is to predict the attitude and intention of the people in Purwomartani village to become an enterpreneurship. The equal regretion will be found statistically by answering the question of "How is the influence of the customer Attitude (Ab) and Subjectif Norm (SN) toward the enterpreneur intention (BI) of the people in Purwomartani vilage, Kalasan, Sleman?" In details, there are 5 problems: 1) How is the influence belief of the benefits of enterpreneurship (bi) toward the enterpreneur attitude (Ab), 2) How is the influence of the evaluation of the benefits of enterpreneurship (ei) toward the enterpreneur attitude (Ab), 3) How is the influence of the normative belief to the referen (NBj) toward the Subjective Norm (SN), 4) How is the influence of the motivation on receive to the referen (MCj) toward the Subjective Norm (SN), 5)How is the influence of the Attitude (Ab), Subjective Norm (SN) toward the enterpreneur intention (BI). This research uses multistage sampling. The first step is choosing 5 village regional sample in random. Second step is choosing 100 sample in every villages based on the purposive sampling. The results that have been gathered will be analyzed using SPS program 16 version, that is used for validity and reliability test and also to make a statistic test to answer the 5 problem of this research. The result for the problem number 1 until 4 is significant, variable bi toward Ab, variable ei toward Ab, variable NBj toward SN dan variable MCj toward SN. However for the problem number 5 is resulting the equation of regretion: BI= -0,2,955+0,251 Ab+ 0,249 SN, which means the Attitude and Subjective Norm have influece significantly toward the enterpreneur intention. Hopefully, the result of this research will help the goverment of Purwomartani's village, Kalasan, Sleman, DIY which is to plan the strategic development in their region, especially to develop the enterpreneur intention of the people in their region |
