Based on the literature, the intention to behave is influenced by several factors. Internal factors in the form of attitude toward behavior, and external factors in the form of subjective norms. They have an influence on intentions. Further, some studies have found that the influence of internal factors are stronger than external factors. This study aims to determine the influence of those internal and external factors toward the intention to behave. Respondents in this study were patients who were hospitalized in the maternity hospital at Pura Raharja, Yogyakarta. The results showed that the internal factor in the form of attitude toward behavior and external factor in the form of subjective norm have an equally strong influence on the intention of patients to use the services at the Pura Raharja Maternity Hospital in Yogyakarta. |
